Duplicating inputs #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose an image to upload. The input box show the name of the image 
correctly and stop.
2. After click in some place show the name of image under the input box.
3. Unfortunelly is create another inputbox.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Afer choose the image i expect that a 'x' name_of_foto appear under the input 
box and do not appear another input box.

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION:1.47
JQUERY VERSION:jquery-1.4.1.js

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): IE8 - Windows XP

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.

If you're still having a problem with the plugin, please visit the project page 
and re-open the issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, 
but please bear with us...  we'll be making improvements to the plugin and its 
documentation over the coming weeks.
