max = 0 is like max = -1 #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When max is set to 0 (programmatically or not), you can choose any number of 
files; 

If you set max=1, then you can select 1 file then Browse button is disabled. 
This is correct. But if you start with max=0, then I expect to have Browse 
button disabled from beggining.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that Browse button to be disabled when max is set to 0.

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: v1.47 
JQUERY VERSION: v1.4

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): any browser/ window/linux

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.

If you're still having a problem with the plugin, please visit the project page 
and re-open the issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, 
but please bear with us...  we'll be making improvements to the plugin and its 
documentation over the coming weeks.
