Header & Drop-Down Menus #5

This issue is to track progress on implementing drop-down menus.

This is my next priority. I want to include drop-down items in the header/nav-bar that links back to the source code, roadmap, announcements (via TMC, and more).

I will likely take some code from Best Mods.

I've added a drop-down component.

The only improvement I'd like to make other than the design is getting auto-width working. As of right now, there is a static width set on the drop-down menu and auto-width results in the menu being too small.

I'm going to close this for now, though.
