undefined function soap_compile_wsdl:get_services #48

I keep getting: ** exception error: undefined function soap_compile_wsdl:get_services/2 in function soap:wsdl2erlang/2 (soap.erl, line 305)

While running "soap:wsdl2erlang".

OTP_version: 23.0.4

Running on mac OSX - Mojave 10.14.6
