[BUG] The Update Info is broken when changed to other languages with some languages

Describe the bug When changed to a different language besides English, Deutsch, Italiano, Polski, SUS(2021), рyccкий and yкpaiнcbкa, the update info fails to load. It displays an error message and a java.io.FileNotFoundException error under it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (I'm using Chinese as an example):

1. Click on ' Language '
2. Select a different Language besides English, Deutsch, Italiano, Polski, SUS(2021), рyccкий and yкpaiнcbкa,
3. Click OK
4. Wait for it to restart
5. See error

Expected behavior The update info fails to load and a java.io.FileNotFoundException error is shown coloured in red.

Additional context The update info htmls' names on the server seem to have corrupted or incorrect filenames.

Fixed for all languages. Languages for which there's no translations default to the English change log.
