Maybe there should be a separate tab for 4K, Minicraft and other weird stuff like that?
Possibly under #41
minicraft isn't minecraft nor is ruby dong https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/RubyDung. Minecraft 4k was literally made to be minecraft in 4kb so that's different.
In case you aren't aware, Minicraft was a Minecraft-adjacent game by Notch back in 2011 for the Ludum Dare game jam. It's not technically Minecraft, but you could probably argue the same for 4k, both are stripped down versions of the basic gameplay for experimentation. Plus it is made by Notch, which makes it a lot closer to Minecraft than something like Terraria.
Including it would help shed some light on a bit of Minecraft history that's really, really* been forgotten, and frankly I think it deserves to have something of an audience again in its original form. The game is only really available to the public as either source code or as the fan-made Minicraft+, which reworks a lot of the gameplay to make it more like Minecraft, neither of which really allow the average person to engage with it as it was on release day. I'm sure you understand the desire to make something old and poorly accessible available to everyone.
Since the game is just a straight JAR with all its resources packed in it's dead simple to launch, no integration with SSL, no sound proxy, none of that jazz.
Here's the original Ludum Dare page with the link to the source code, if you're interested: https://web.archive.org/web/20210301170304/http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-22/?action=preview&uid=398
