Can't flash Betaflight to this FC #13579

Describe the bug

Cool FC, H743 processor. Won't let me flash betaflight?!?! Need a target for the board. Doesn't fly well on the default software.

To Reproduce

Plugged in FC, hit autodetect, board does not show up

Expected behavior

Does not autodetect.

Support ID

No CLI, cannot flash or view on betaflight

Flight controller

IDK but it doesn't detect

Other components

How are the different components wired up (including port information)

Didn't get this far

Add any other context about the problem that you think might be relevant here
