Continuous problem # 7754 #12

the problem that was treated in topic betaflight/betaflight#7722 and step to master in betaflight/betaflight#7754, continues in the CL racing F7 with the engine # 4 when setting set dshot_burst = off, reassigning the engine # 4 (b09) to the led_strip (b01) follows not working, if it is placed on the LED pin (b00), it lets you run motor # 3, which motor # 3 and # 4 does not work.
