Missing target config file for rpm filter for clracingf7 #24

Describe the bug Missing target config file for clracingf7. On the following website there is a note: "Motor 4 doesn't work. Use the LED pad instead". But only the DEFAULT.cf is linked to the CL Racing F7. https://github.com/betaflight/betaflight/wiki/Bidirectional-DSHOT-and-RPM-Filter#supported-targets I rewired Motor 4 to the LEDS Pin and changed the resource appropriately. But Motor 4 is not spinning. I guess that also TIM and DMA need to be changed to get this working.

Expected behavior Motor 4 working.
