Added ALTHOLD flight mode for 4.6 BF firmware #766

The PR for @ctzsnooze AltHold #1386 Mode. The AltHold flight mode is showed at the charts. This PR work properly only with AltHold PR till.

@ctzsnooze I've understanded, that this test version is not helpfull without previous 2 PR (i've got all from one master branch). Will update this branch soon, to include all PRs in this one.
