Blackbox_encode - add command line argument to disable display of Current, Voltage and ACC #23

Currently there is no argument to remove Current, Voltage and ACC reading from the rendered log. Add a argument to remove them. BTFL_BLACKBOX_LOG_Nightmare_Reza_20190501_180450 01 000008
