LED_STRIP timer was incorrectly defined. Now it's working.

Greatmountain RC, a chinese manufacturer making AT32 Flight controllers mainly. @haslinghuis it's just a bugfix, are you sure you wanted to comment on this not my other PR?

They don't have one yet, just a Taobao shop. I made this fix, because I have the FC and the LED strip didn't work.
