Requesting to change the status of this preset to COMMUNITY. The Barracuda tune has been widely accepted by pilots around the region. It has been proven to keep motors cool while still providing power for top racers to perform with the conditions that the frame nuts and screws are nice and tight.

I have tested the tune on 4.5. There are no issues or errors. I have included the change in this PR to be merged into main. Thank you.
