Instead of composite actions. They offer a better interface to notice the slow parts of our automation.

• Check Black formatting
• Use the gha Docker cache backend. This is simpler than our previous setup and seems faster.
• Use concurrency to ensure that only one deployment workflow runs at a time, ensuring the order of deployment.
