Noto Sans Sinhala missing Sinhala Numerals #108

Noto Sans Sinhala is missing the SInhala numeral sets,  Sinhala Archaic Numbers 
(111E0–111FF) and Sinhala Lith Illakkam (0DE6-0DEF).

These were introduced in Unicde 7.0

Thanks a lot for your interest. Noto doesn't have complete Unicode 7.0 coverage 
yet. We are planning the expansion to cover more characters.
