What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Noto Sans Khmer fonts (Regular and Bold) and install them on Windows
2.Open Notepad and Go format > font.
3.Find Noto Sans Khmer
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Noto Sans Khmer should appear on Font lists, however Noto Sans appears instead of it so I can't set Noto Sans Khmer even if they are installed on it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* Windows 8.1 Enterprise K(x64), along with Korean Lang pack.
Please provide any additional information below.
