Noto already supports Santali using Noto Sans Ol Chiki, which could be
downloaded at
https://noto.googlecode.com/git/fonts/individual/unhinted/NotoSansOlChiki-Regula
r.ttf.

(BTW, the fonts attached to this bug cannot be used in Google products, since
they are non-standard: they map Latin letters to Ol Chiki glyphs.)

I want to write books using this font of Santali Language in my chrome book
laptop (win-8) since it is spoken and written by millions of people not only in
India but also in other countries like Nepal, Bhutan etc. Govt. of India added
this language in 8th schedule also.

This link is not working
https://noto.googlecode.com/git/fonts/individual/unhinted/NotoSansOlChiki-Regula
r.ttf. Many fonts are available in Santali Language. We are thanful if all
fonts of Santali language is linked.
