You can close this issue.
This is a known issue in Adobe Premiere CS6 that affects all platforms whereby
it does not respect the selected font's built-in 'cmap' table, which affects
all Adobe-Identity-0 ROS CID-keyed OpenType/CFF fonts, such as Kazuraki, and
also Noto Sans CJK and Source Han Sans. This has been fixed in Adobe Premiere
CC 2014, and the fix was likely made in Adobe Premiere CC, which is the version
immediately after CS6.

Here's a screenshot showing that these fonts work in Adobe Premiere CC.
