I am a Noto Sans CJK font user.

I'd like to know that it is possible to modify "Noto Sans CJK" for commercial 
purpose(CI, BI etc.)

I do not understand what "CI" and "BI" mean, but it's OK to modify Noto Sans 
CJK as far as you follow the license at 
http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html and do no infringe the Noto 
trademarks.
