Make a chrome extension to set font preferences to Noto for all the scripts #150

Chrome has an extension API that allows you to set font preferences 
(sans-serif, serif, etc per script). 

Setting all these combinations (script * css generic) by hand is cumbersome. 

With this extension, a user would be done without going through multiple steps.
