license for using font on video

How about the license for using the Noto fonts on videos(TV)? 
Apache License 2.0.(http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html) only 
includes the info when using the fonts for web.

It is not explicitly called out but it seems to be covered by section 2.

2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this
