Fail to be applied the font on some Japanese kanji #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to youtube
2. Watch the video with kanji title
3. Some kanji weren't converted to proper font

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I suppose the kanji will be shown in the noto-japanese sans font, but it seems 
that the kanji was shown in a default font

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I don't know, I just downloaded it yesterday

Need more information. Did you install the fonts? How? On what kind of system? 
Did you change the default fonts on your browser? Which browser?

It'd also be useful to know which specific characters were entered. Perhaps 
related to this, it'd also be useful to know how youtube is being accessed. If 
through a browser on OS X or Windows, system fonts are used to display the 
text, including that of the video title.
