In create_image.py, Monogolian and Phags-Pa should be displayed top-to-bottom #80

I tried, but couldn't get it working using pygtk. The source is the commented 
part here:

Any ideas Behdad?

Independently, Zacky recommend going up to 400-600px vertically for the 
generated image, but making sure the horizontal width is the same (1370px).

For Mongolian / Phags-Pa you don't need gravity.  It's just a rotation AFAIU.  
Though, not sure what happens to punctuation that needs to be rotated.

Please test with pango-view and give me a test that doesn't work and I'll check.

You should set the matrix on the pangocairo_ctx.

I tried applying this two fonts on Android, and end up the punctuation marks 
for Chinese had a wrong orientation.
