waffle.io link in README.rst does not work #156

The link in the documentation to waffle.io to manage issues says that sigamavirus24/betamax is not set up for Waffle. The behaviour I see when I follow the link also involves continuous redirects until I get bored and close the tab. As a further datapoint, betamaxpy/betamax is also not set up on Waffle.
