Typo fix? (ordinal regression) #42

I might have got confused, but it seems the limit of integration should be -x as opposed to x.

Thanks! You are correct that the integral relationship here isn't quite right, but that's due to my defining the complementary density function wrong (it's correct for certain symmetric density functions but not in general). After some deliberation I went ahead and removed references to the complementary density altogether to make everything easier to read. The update is in commit 0a987836177477d3fb31e92227854b267aba2f77. Thanks!
