Added several of those in https://github.com/betaveros/puzzlehunt.net/commit/e182acd735d4a929059b378cea296892bf4c4831 .

• I put the answer checker phrases under "partial (confirmation)".
• I don't feel like tools like Nutrimatic and QAT are terms that belong in a glossary — they're not really "things you look up the meaning of" and they're already linked from the Tools page. Similarly I don't think the glossary is the right place for every encoding like NATO alphabet and flags. But I could be convinced.
• I have not been convinced that "action prompt" is a phrase.
• Still on the fence about McFly. Might just remove it entirely.
