702 reject invalid min fill size, 739 reset size remaining on failed order placement #740

Fixes #702 , #739 .

I have also discovered and fixed a small discrepancy where the simulation engine returns a wrong error code and voids rather than lapses the bet when the market version is outdated during placement.
