Eventually being able to lead to a: simple bar graph summarizing change in number of high heat days for the road network (overall average or segmented by region) in different years. Making an overall message: the road network will face many more hot days in future so build accordingly today.

[ ] would need to rasterize the road network then extract pixels underneath.
[ ] Or for urban transport networks, take the boundaries of some cities with large commuter rail networks: Apply city boundaries to summarize the hot days data, and make simple bar charts comparing present with future periods
