forward albums to other groups #18

Add functionality that allows users to forward albums from one group to another. All images should be selected by default with the option to deselect images. Forwarding essentially creates a copy of that album within the new group; as soon as forwarded the forwarded album exists independently of the original album.

too much hassle rn - need to work out things like whether to copy references to photos or actual physical photos in s3
