Wrong heading on Grad school program pages #741

I'm thinking the "Majors, Minors, and Programs" heading shouldn't be showing up on these grad school program pages -

Not sure who to go to w/ this kind of stuff at this point. I could email Tim, but I'm guessing he wouldn't do much about it :)

fixed. minor issues with degree subtitle using setup block.
