Event is failing to be deleted #764

There is an event that we haven't been able to delete for some time. We will need to delete it from the DB directly. Cascade's DB is a mess to look through. Good luck.

Mike Johnson was able to delete the event.

He is working on also deleting the workflow history that was attached to it

We kept the history, as it was an issue dealing with all of the rules and things.
