Image Publish Trigger #765

When an image is published, it could be nice to use a publish trigger to use the tinker clear cache module so that images will automatically have their cache cleared. This would resolve many of the homepage image cacheing issues that marketing has.

Now that we are leveraging imgix, we would need to develop a imgix cache clear module. Might take a bit more work to get up and running, but it should be quite fast!
