acknowledge Hendrycks #2

needs to be acknowledged; also: license probably needs to mention his contribution, right?

Hendryck's code is licensed under Apache 2.0. Therefore, we must:

[x] license our code under the same license
[x] state significant changes (Changelog is on my plate)

since he has no NOTICE file, we must not mention his contributions. However, obviously we are going to do so. I think the best place for that is the Readme, which is currently empty. I will open a seperate issue for this
