Training Shifts #78

Alter the database to accept two people for a shift, or make a separate training table. either names separated by comma. Or allow a collapsible training shift for each regular shift.

Also allow scheduling extra people per shift.

Maybe enter names separated by comma, and it makes a separate row when more than one person is scheduled for the same shift.
