[mikvah] create: new home page #19

Make new, static Home Page. Contents include:

Nice photo of prep room 1
Address with Google Map and a note to park at the far side of the parking lot, next to the building.
Cost is $25/visit
Visits are by appointment only. Appointments can be made 24 hours in advance by emailing mikvah@bethisraelmalden.org (will be update with a phone number in the near future)
Link to new page with pre-visit instructions (content will be provided shortly)

What's the timeline for this? Please provide the photo and pre-visit instructions content as soon as possible.

This is mostly done and up at http://bethisraelmalden.org/mikvah, although I haven't been able to test the live address.

Beautiful! Can you please change the gray box so the "What you need to know" is under the request an appointment button? I was thinking similar to how the action box on jacquelinenovikov.com is more compact on the left, leaving more viewable picture space open.

Tried it; looks kinda unbalanced. On Jacqueline's site, the photo content (portrait) is balanced with the action block. Here the photo focus is too diffuse (pool of water) to balance the call to action.

However, we could use that space to put a small carousel of photos (mikvah features) to balance the call to action.

I am, however, going to tighten up the content just to pull it together on the center.

Final tests confirmed that the webform is operational.
