Add e-receipt option to donate page #31

Give donors the option to receive their receipt by email. Will require an email address from the donor.

We actually need to redesign the entire donation process to do this because PayPal doesn't provide a way to tack on additional information like this to the donation.

Okay. Low priority on this. If ee have an email address we can try sending ereceipts, and if not we won't.
