Javascript is evil #1252

Based on #1241 which came from #1232 -

  1. Go to class eval report page
  2. Choose a class to see the evals for -- popup appears.
  3. Close the popup. Open Special menu -
    • options for first level appear
    • nothing will open any of the sub options. They are gone.

Clicking off the page to any other page will fix it. But this is not good.
