Add Fan Admission reference to Volunteer Page

People can't tell if they get any benefit from volunteering, so mention something about the FA. Minimum 4 hours to get a FA.

• flesh out the Volunteer positions on Volunteer Page so that there are more of the 'normal' ones.

• Update text on Register Page to indicate that 1) it is free; 2) it is required for volunteering.

Specific questions:

When you say:

Do you mean the interest lists (Vendor Room, Art Show, etc.)? This is completely controllable by you now... http://www.burlesque-expo.com/admin/gbe/availableinterest/
