remove forms for making/editing "summer acts"
remove field for act_style from conferences - which we only ever used the 1 time for the "summer expo".
migrated all summer acts so that the show preferences are just empty because really we don't care what they were.

It only removes 1 test, but it also removes a form and a view that we haven't used since 2017
