An initial baseline is provided by which all current baseline values are compared. This baseline is calculated by analyzing the first 14 text journal entries (to simulate 14 days of entries...can be modified at a later time to actually require 14 dates). The baseline service returns the current calculated baseline and this original baseline with each request.
