Just want to touch base with you on this PR. Are you waiting on SkiaSharp team to release version 3 on the main nuget list?

@frostshoxx Yes, this PR fixes #1580, but it makes no sense to publish it, if the SkiaSharp version that contains the fix is not published, also, I think that the migration to 3.0 is not required, they already ported the fix to 2.x.
