add mkv meta tags support #235

This commit adds an initial support for MKV meta tags.

sorry we will not support image specific changes anymore

I do not understand. It's not image specific. I have another recorder which stores the EPG data to the MKV tags (one file - all info inside). The change is backward compatible, so the MKV info is used only when it's missing from other sources.
