App stops at 'Transfer Birthdays' stage

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Authorise the app, proceed to interface
2. Choose contact group, then destination calendar
3. Select 'Go'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is 100% across three stages (Load Contacts, Load Events,
Transfer Birthdays) and a successful import of events into calendar.
Instead, process stops at 'Transfer Birthdays' stage which remains on 0%
indefinitely.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.04 under Firefox 3.0.14 in Ubuntu Linux 9.04 Jaunty.

Please provide any additional information below.
Using Linux, however have also tried import with Firefox in Windows. Could
this issue be account related (either mail or calendar specific?).

Console output in Firefox (could this be related?)

I found the error.
The name of the difine has changed.
I will update it within the next two days.
