Update installation instructions #8

The previous installation instructions caused confusion for users who opted for the automated installations.

The instructions have now been separated, to make it clear that there are different options to choose from.

Hey @jordandotme , I've made a new release and updated the README. Could you please check it and see if it solves this issue? I've tried to make the docs more clear on this subject.
