Replace Demo File #16

The original repository of files on AWS has been deprecated, and they're no longer hosting the legacy archive.

The provider of this dataset will no longer maintain this dataset, and the historic data will no longer be available via the Registry of Open Data on AWS.

Either link to a new raw XML file or host the file locally as an example.
