More ERC20 support coming soon, including USDC (which we hold 1,000,000 of)

We should have a list of Drips recipients for us to send to, focusing on any protocol/group empowering our governance

Wondering how we can drip to Discourse... it's a pretty big community that's relied on pretty heavily by the Web3 community. Might be worth it to see if we can find a way to get them funding. I can look into it but from first glance looks like they don't accept donations (https://meta.discourse.org/t/possible-to-donate-money-to-discourse/26208?page=2)

Probably should add Compound to the list for deploying GovernorAlpha.
