This isn't as exhaustively written as my last one, not detailing some things we already have for hacking like hackable radius and so on. I tried to focus on designing the things we didn't know about yet in how to do this, and I tried to keep it reasonably reigned in and efficient without requesting everything be customisable all the time. Let me know if this makes sense though and if its useable as the concept.

Still need to implement trace and resolve #170, #173 and #177. Once these are in and we've got a few days of testing in, we should be able to wrap this one up.
