Improved Ace Pilots Pass #7

With the aim of envisioning ace pilots as 'minibosses', I'd like to reimplement the AI and loadouts @Fjonske put together for the hyper-ace. These guys should either be available in specific areas or spawned under specific circumstances. Right now there is no dedicated Ace AI, and it inherits from the medium pilot.

I'll reimplement the medium laser ace and the medium blaster ace, for light and heavy aces I have ideas in my head, but they will require that we put a couple systems (such as component disables and the armor system we talked about) in place first.
