[FIX] Shopware flags to turn on during plugin install

Description

Some fields in default Shopware installation are not turned on.

They are:

• Phone number
• Ability to edit customer/billing/shipping info as Commercial entity.

Requirements

Decide if this is our responsibility or we should just tell the merchats to configure this on their own by following our manual.

1 and 3 is going to be set definitely. That's clear.

My question is about 2. flag. What we should do about making phone number required for all customers?

Let's not make it required... It's invasive to the shop...
