[Feature] Provide Platform NAME, Platform VERSION and Plugin VERSION to API as part of analytics data

Description

As Better Payment, we would like to see which plugin(including version) and which version of the platform the request is coming from.

Requirements

Provide following parameters to /rest/payment endpoint when making the initial request.

• app_name (string, e.g Shopware)
• app_version (string, e.g SW 6.4.0.0, Plugin 1.0.0)
